The addition of FlashData Solutions helped accelerate the momentum LDiscovery was building in the New York market.
Turnstone Solutions (acquired by LDiscovery in 2014)
A New York-based eDiscovery services provider, Turnstone’s clients included large highly-regulated corporations as well as non-regulated companies and law firms. The addition of Turnstone Solutions further accelerated the momentum LDiscovery was building in the New York market. The team continues to strengthen its long-standing relationships under the LDiscovery brand.
Interlegis (acquired by LDiscovery in 2015)
A Dallas-based litigation support software company, the Interlegis acquisition enabled the company to diversify its web hosting offerings with eDirect365™. Unique to the electronic discovery industry, eDirect365 provides multiple document analytic capabilities combined with a native review and repository platform in a single solution.
Credence (acquired by LDiscovery in 2015)
The acquisition of Fort Lauderdale-based Credence Corporation, furthered LDiscovery’s expansion into the southeastern United States. Known for its managed services solutions, Credence helped fill the gap in LDiscovery’s suite of solutions.
CopySecure (acquired by LDiscovery in 2015)
CopySecure, a Philadelphia-based data and document services provider, filled LDiscovery’s need for a northeast-based copying and scanning facility.
Elite Document Solutions (acquired by LDiscovery in 2016)
Elite Document Solutions adds a copying and scanning facility in the Washington DC area where the company serves some of the largest law firms with full service litigation support.
