Mr. Weiler co-founded KrolLDiscovery in 2005. Since its inception, KrolLDiscovery has emerged as one of the top eDiscovery vendors in the United States. KrolLDiscovery has been recognized by Socha-Gelbman, INC 5000, Deloitte 500, and has repeatedly earned kCura’s Orange-level Relativity Best in Service designation. Mr. Weiler also received Ernst & Young’s Washington, DC entrepreneur of the year award in 2014.

Prior to co-founding KrolLDiscovery, Mr. Weiler co-founded and built On-Site Sourcing into a $40 million litigation support and electronic discovery services company, named in a survey of the American Lawyer top 100 law firms as one of the top five imaging and coding services companies and one of the ten best electronic discovery firms in the United States.

Mr. Weiler graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1985 and served in the United States Navy as a surface warfare officer and as a Navy Senate Liaison Officer in Washington, D.C. from 1985 until September 1991. He also worked for Pitney Bowes Management Services as a manager from September 1991 through December 1992.

As a former 1st team Washington Post All Met Receiver, MVP of Navy’s 1984 football team, and the father to three college athletes, Mr. Weiler has devoted the majority of his free time over the past fifteen years to coaching young men in youth basketball and high school football. Since 1997, Mr. Weiler has been the head or assistant coach to AAU, county and CYO basketball teams, and two high school football teams in Northern Virginia.

Joining the Lake Braddock Secondary School Staff in 2004 as the offensive coordinator, Mr. Weiler helped engineer the greatest turnaround in Virginia, Maryland and DC history from 2004 to 2005, win five district championships, two straight Northern Region titles, and a trip to the Virginia state final in 2009. Mr. Weiler also personally donated $200k for the building of two field turf fields at the school.

Global Head of Sales

The former founder and CEO of Credence, now a KrolLDiscovery Company, Mr. Hall achieved a long and successful career establishing a proven track record of accelerating sales, strengthening existing client relationships, developing new markets and building a foundation for a company’s long-term growth.

Mr. Hall oversees KrolLDiscovery’s sales organization and is responsible for recruiting and coaching the sales team to support the growth of KrolLDiscovery. Mr. Hall is accountable for the creation and implementation of the company’s business development vision, and his team works with clients to develop best practices and cost saving strategies in matters involving Information Governance and eDiscovery.

Prior to founding Credence, Mr. Hall was General Manager for Corporate Services at Esquire Litigation Services. He holds a B.S. in Business, Telecommunications and Psychology from Christian Brothers University.


Danny ZambitoDanny Zambito

Mr. Zambito joined KrolLDiscovery in August of 2008 as Director of Project Management. In that role, Mr. Zambito was tasked with the growth and development of the project management group and providing consultative support to a variety of corporate and legal customers. Today, Mr. Zambito is Executive Vice President for KrolLDiscovery’s Legal Technology Operations and Client Services. In this role, he continues to provide consultative support to clients and is responsible for global operations across the Legal Technologies business line.

Prior to joining KrolLDiscovery, Mr. Zambito was with ONSITE3 from 2002 – 2008 where he filled several roles, most recently as the Director of Client Services. As Director of Client Services, he assumed overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the project management group. Mr. Zambito also provided horizontal support to project managers/production staff in addition to vertical support on several key engagements; including a national program for a federal law enforcement agency.

Over the past decade, Mr. Zambito has supported a broad variety of matters, including DOJ second requests, anti-trust, criminal, SEC, FTC, and private matters.


Krystina Jones
Senior Vice President, Global Corporate Account Sales

Ms. Jones joined KrolLDiscovery in 2006 as a Senior Account Executive. In that role, she was responsible for generating new business from AMLAW100 law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. During her tenure with KrolLDiscovery, Ms. Jones has consistently created opportunities, developed new clients and increased the company’s client base by delivering tailored solutions and service excellence to clients. She is a top producing sales representative, focusing specifically on corporate accounts.

In 2014, she was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Sales. In this expanded role, she continued to manage accounts and prospect new ones but was also responsible for all marketing, advertising and branding activities related to KrolLDiscovery and their sister companies.

In 2017, Ms. Jones was promoted to her current role of Senior Vice President, Global Corporate Account Sales. In this role, she focuses on developing and expanding client relationships and business globally. She also chairs the KrolLDiscovery Sales Advisory Board, a thought leadership group on sales strategy for the organization.

Ms. Jones holds a Marketing Management degree from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech. She is also a Relativity Certified Sales Professional.


Anthony DeJohn

Mr. DeJohn joined KrolLDiscovery as a Director in 2011 to launch and oversee the Managed Review division. In that role, he was tasked with the management and development of the division, while also providing project management and discovery consulting for KrolLDiscovery’s premier clients. In 2013, Mr. DeJohn formed the Analytics division, a technology-driven branch of KrolLDiscovery’s renowned hosting department. In 2014, Mr. DeJohn took on the role of Vice President of KrolLDiscovery’s advanced technologies. Mr. DeJohn now focuses on the development of advanced analytic methodologies for eDiscovery and Intellectual Property applications. He also provides planning and consultation for KrolLDiscovery clients considering Analytics/TAR applications, and oversees all predictive coding projects.

Prior to joining KrolLDiscovery, Mr. DeJohn spent four years as a Director and VP at LawScribe, a Los Angeles-based LPO (acquired by UnitedLex) that provided eDiscovery and IP solutions for law firms and corporations worldwide. While at LawScribe, Mr. DeJohn was responsible for all project management, and played a major role in business development and company growth.

Mr. DeJohn holds a J.D. from DePaul University in Chicago and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri. He is licensed to practice in both California and Washington D.C., and is a registered attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. DeJohn received his Relativity Certified Administrator (“RCA”) certification from kCura in 2012, his Relativity Analytics certifications in 2013, and his Relativity Expert status in 2014. Mr. DeJohn is also a certified Equivio Technical STAR.


Ferdinand CamiFerdinand Cami

Mr. Cami joined KrolLDiscovery as a Senior eDiscovery Consultant in 2006. At the time he was tasked with the daily intake of processing, productions and client services. That same year, KrolLDiscovery added Relativity to its list of offered services and Mr. Cami’s role was expanded to include Hosted Services, where he became heavily involved in Relativity, working closely with kCura. In 2011, Mr. Cami was promoted to Director of Hosted Services and oversaw the day-to-day hosting operations of the team based out of Chicago. Three years later he was promoted to Vice President where his responsibilities were expanded to include all KrolLDiscovery locations. Prior to KrolLDiscovery, Mr. Cami was with On-Site Sourcing for four years where he split his role as the local Chicago System Administrator and as the Senior Data Analyst.

Mr. Cami develops review workflows; creates, maintains, and preserves document review databases; and has extensive knowledge of kCura’s Relativity database schema, Concordance, iConectNXT/Xera, Equivio Zoom and a variety of other areas.

Mr. Cami holds a B.S. in Information Assurance and Security Engineering with a Minor in Computer Science from DePaul University. He received his Relativity Certified Master certification in 2015. Trained as a digital forensic analyst as well as a database administrator, Mr. Cami received his AccessData Certified (“ACE”) certification in 2008, SQL Advanced Certificate in 2009 from DePaul and his EnCase Certified Examiner (“EnCE”) certification in 2010.


Robert Hunter
Global Head of Information Technology and eDiscovery Operations

Mr. Hunter joined KrolLDiscovery in 2008 as a forensic analyst. He was quickly promoted to Manager and in 2011 became the company’s first Director of Operations & Forensics. He has been overseeing the day-to-day operations ever since and continues to expand his responsibilities as the company has grown globally.

As one of the early employees of KrolLDiscovery, Mr. Hunter has had the luxury of being a part of nearly every team in the company, experience that is invaluable as he leads the global operations team today. He has performed countless forensic collections and has had hands-on experience conducting data analysis using a breadth of ediscovery tools. Mr. Hunter has also played a vital role in the research, planning, testing, verification and maintenance of in-house developed software for the acquisition, culling, processing and reporting of various types of data.

A 2006 graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Mr. Hunter earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management. He has also attained a certificate in Information Assurance (CTIA) and an advanced certificate in Computer Forensics (CVCFC) through Washtenaw County Community College. He is a member of the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners (ISFCE) and has obtained an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) certification.


Jen Swensson
Vice President, Global Human Resources

Ms. Swensson joined the KLD team in 2013 as the Director of Human Resources, bringing with her over fifteen years of experience building HR teams and supporting high growth public and private technology and healthcare companies. She now leads the global recruiting, employee relations, systems and benefits teams for KrolLDiscovery, attracting talent to align with our unique team-centric culture and providing consultative support to employees and leadership.

Before joining KrolLDiscovery, Ms. Swensson provided human resources leadership to MHM Services, a national leader in healthcare services to government agencies. Prior to joining MHM she led training and employee relations efforts for RCN’s business services division, ultimately overseeing the HR diligence and integration efforts of RCN’s sale to private equity partners. She then oversaw all HR efforts for the creation of Sidera Networks, one of the three resulting private companies that divested from the RCN sale.

Ms. Swensson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and Human Resources Management certification from George Mason University and is a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) awarded by the National Human Resources Certification Institute, and Senior Certified Professional (SCP) issued by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).


Daniel Balthaser
Vice President, Engineering

Mr. Balthaser joined KrolLDiscovery in May of 2011 as a Software Developer. In that role, he was responsible for optimizing and maintaining all the existing company software focused around processing, review and custom client demands as well as developing innovative solutions using advanced technologies. While working as a Team Lead, Manager, and then Director at KrolLDiscovery, he was tasked with the growth and development of the Engineering department.

In 2016, Mr. Balthaser was promoted to Vice President of Engineering. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all software development and software quality assurance for all applications produced by KrolLDiscovery.

Mr. Balthaser holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Computer Forensics and received his Certified Ethical Hacker (“CEH”) certification in 2014.


Linda Kish
Vice President Legal Technologies Global Marketing

Ms. Kish leads the global marketing team for the Legal Technologies business line. During her tenure at KrolLDiscovery, she has spearheaded the company-wide transition of nine acquired brands into one and played a critical role in successfully launching the unified company brand.

Previously, Ms. Kish was the Chief Marketing Officer at Brown McCarroll (now Husch Blackwell). Prior, Ms. Kish spent three years as a Legal Consultant, where she consulted clients on the legal and technical aspects of eDiscovery. During her tenure as a Legal Consultant she was a frequent speaker and author on eDiscovery and computer forensics matters.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Kish had her own law practice in Philadelphia and before that worked in the legal department at a Fortune 500 healthcare company. During this time she handled attorney-client privilege reviews and document productions.

Ms. Kish earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from West Virginia University, her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine School of Law and her Master of Business Administration from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.


James Morrey-Jones
Head of Legal Technologies, EMEA

Mr. Morrey-Jones is Head of Legal Technologies throughout the UK and Europe for KrolLDiscovery, delivering best-in-class eDiscovery and Data Recovery Technologies, globally. Our innovative solutions and hands-on approach helps companies all over the world save time and money during legal, external, and internal investigations.

Before joining KrolLDiscovery, Mr. Morrey-Jones had over 25 years’ experience in business development, account management and service delivery. He was called to the England and Wales Bar and has been involved in Tribunal, County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal cases.

Mr. Morrey-Jones also advises on the practicalities of technology within electronic and paper-based legal processes, particularly in delivering large, multi-regional complex projects; consulting directly with clients on the advantages and challenges of electronic evidence in litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters.


Daniel Kavan
Head of Legal Technologies, APAC

Mr. Kavan is the Head of Legal Technologies for KrolLDiscovery throughout the Asia-Pacific region. He is a lawyer admitted to practice in Australia and has more than 10 years’ experience consulting in eDiscovery, working extensively with clients in Australia, Asia, Europe and the United States.

Prior to heading up Legal Technologies in Asia-Pacific, Mr. Kavan led the company’s Electronic Evidence Consultancy team in Europe and founded KrolLDiscovery document review centers in London and Germany.

Before joining KrolLDiscovery, Mr Kavan held litigation support roles at several international law firms in London and practiced as a litigation lawyer in Melbourne.  He holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Deakin University in Melbourne.


Peter Böhret
Vice President of European Data Recovery

As Vice President for the EMEA Data & Storage Technologies business line, Mr. Böhret is responsible for the data recovery business of Kroll Ontrack in Europe with laboratories and sales offices in 12 countries. In this position, he is the front man of the European Senior Leadership Group of Kroll Ontrack for the data recovery business.

He joined the company in 1996 when the German operation was founded and built it up to an operation with more than 75 employees serving customer needs 24/7/365. Under his leadership, Kroll Ontrack expanded into Italy, Switzerland, Poland and into the Nordics and became the leader in EMEA.

Previous to Kroll Ontrack, Mr. Böhret worked as European Sales Manager for Hengstler GmbH and as project manager at Stark Systemstechnik. He studied computer science in Munich and business administration with a focus on marketing and computers in Stuttgart.

Besides his engagements in management, he made his mark with numerous publications in the sector of IT security and software, e.g. as the co-author of the book “The man in the software development.”


Phil Bridge
Senior VP DST

Mr. Bridge has been at the helm of Western European activity for the Data & Storage Technologies division since 2006. He has been with Kroll Ontrack for over twenty years, moving from sales to global channel manager to business development manager to managing director. This has led to Mr. Bridge having an extremely well rounded view of the company and an in-depth knowledge of the industry.

Mr. Bridge has insight into all areas of the Data & Storage Technologies business and can offer an expert opinion and insight into Kroll Ontrack as a business; its vision, values and corporate strategy, as well as advice on business continuity, information management and channel and partner strategies.

In addition to leading the UK business, Phil manages operations in France, Belgium, Ireland, Spain and Portugal.
